Dean Martini

ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1 tsp. peppermint schnapps
• 1 oz. Schweppes ® Club Soda

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Option: Garnish with a small candy cane or create a candy cane "rimmer" with crushed candy canes.

Daiquiri

1 part grenadine
2 parts lemon juice
4 parts white rum

Mix one part grenadine with 2 parts lemon juice and 4 parts white rum then pour over ice in a cocktail glass.

add whatever fruit you like and blend with crushed ice to make a classic daiquiri

Daisy's Paradise

1/2 shot grenadine
2 shots vodka
half glass orange juice
top up glass lemonade
tablespoon lime juice

Crush 8-10 cubes of ice in a blender. Put the grenadine into a glass. Add the ice, then the vodka. Add the Orange, and then the Lemonade. Add Lime last, and try to preserve the layering of the colours. Add an umbrella, a funky straw and lime+orange slices on rim.

I invented this!!! Hence the name... Very deceptively alcoholic; it tastes quite sweet. Quite similar to tequila sunrise with the grenadine and orange, but much nicer. Its a bit of a girly drink I suppose... Ver good in summer, when made in pitchers.

Dancing Doll

1 part kahlua
1 part vodka
1 part peppermint
2 part milk

Put 1 Glass At The Freezer For 1 Hour And Another Glass At Hot Water (5 Minutes). Take Frozen Glass And Mix Togather Pepermint + Milk. Take Hot Glass And Layer Vodka Over Kahlua. Use Straw To Drink Layered Vodka & Kahlua From The Bottom Of The Glass, Take 1 Single Breath And Drink Green Milk As Fast As You Can.

Drink Once, Yummy... Drink Twice, Arghh Let's Dance... Drink Again, The World Is Mine...

Dangerous Pleasures

2 parts gin
2 parts ginger liqueur
1 part gomme
a splash of lemon juice

Stir all the ingredients together with ice.

90mls cranberry juice
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 shots brandy
2 shots tequila

add 2 shots of taquila into a jug, then add 2 shots of brandy. squeese 3 fresh limes add the juice to the contents then top it of with 90 mls of cranberry juice mix with a spoon and add freshly cut limes. and walla there you have it, a sweet tasty daniela with enough alcohol to make you happy.

its abslolutly excellent drink when getting ready for a night out it will raise your spirits.

1 Part absinthe
1 Part chambord
1 Part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to a shot glass and go for it!!!

Sounds mad, but it somehow works.

6 shots absinthe
9 shots WKD Blue

mix the two together n c wat u get!

Deep Throat

1/3 shot kahlua
1/3 shot Baileys Irish Cream
1/3 shot milk

Mix in mixing glass pour into shot glass and shoot it

Den's Dick

25ml smirnoff vodka
50ml tequila
125ml pineapple juice
cube sugar
15ml blue curacao
(cracked) 7 cubes Ice

add all ingredients but blue bols, shake, get tall glass, put cracked ice in, then strain into a tall glass, then drizzle the blue bols over it

ENJOY!!!

Depth Charge

1 pint Guinness
1 shot drambuie

Take 1 draft pint of Guinness (make sure it's not filled to the brim) and a shot of Scottish Drambuie. Drop the glass of drambuie into the pint glass, and chug!

Simple, but effective; reeks of Scotch/English heritage. ;)

Dett Long

tonic water
1 shot cherry brandy

Place crushed ice in tumbler add cherry brandy top up with tonic and add slice of lemon

Diesel

Half Pint lager
Half Pint cider
black current juice

this drink is a variation of snakebite, very popular in the north east of England, fill a pint glass half with lager and half with cider and add black current.

Don't drink when wearing anything white

Dirty Banana

6 count half and half
1 shot kahlua
1 shot creme de bananes
whipped cream

Fill collins glass 3/4 full with ice. Add half and half.Then kahlua and bananaes. Shake and pour into glass. Add whipped cream on top and drizzle chocolate sauce to taste.

One for the banana lovers out there.

Dirty Mother

1 shot tequila
1 shot kahlua
1 shot cream

shake all ingredients & serve in martini glass

Dirty South

15 ml black sambuca
15 ml Baileys Irish Cream
15 ml Butterscotch Schnapps

layer the black sambuca then the baileys the the butter scotch snapps in a shooter glass

Looks like dirty water hence the name

Diva

a couple shots malibu
fill the rest of the glass orange juice
1 tsp on the bottom grenadine

Pour malibu and oj together into glass. Finish by pouring in the grenadine and letting it settle at the bottom.

This drink is for the sweet fans only. Easy to drink, and you can barely taste the alcohol. A definite party fave.

Do Maja

1/2 ounce amaretto
1/2 ounce brandy
1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream

First pour in the Amaretto.(This flavours the shot and loads it with a rich scent) Next pour in the brandy. Watch the color mixing to a fuzzy brown. Finally, layer the Baileys. Add this slowly along the side of the glass. (or use an inverted teaspoon and pour slowly over the spoon to flow it along the side of the glass.

Dobble Haddock

Two shots whiskey

As you can clearly see, this is the most laddish cocktail of all cocktails. Originated during a visit to the lovly city of Doblin (the mother of all pintin' sessions). Named after the most laddish lad in the world: Captain Haddock!

Dolly Bear

1 shot white rum
1 shot peach schnapps (archers)
3 shots pineapple juice
1 shot coconut cream

mix rum peach schnapps and pineapple juice and pour over ice, top up with cocoanut cream.

serve with straw!

Dr. Jeckel Refresh Potion

equal peppermint schnapps
equal mint leaves
equal creme de menthe (green)

add together in a tumbler glass with LOTS of crushed ice and mix together. add straw. and umbrella

Dr.Pepper

50ml / 1.5 oz. beer
50ml/ 1.5 oz. coke
25ml/ 1 oz. amaretto

pour the beer and coke into a short glass- not shot. and add the amaretto in a short shot glass and drop it in(can use a jigger) and take drink like a shot.(DO NOT ADD ICE)

this i found in ireland-the party trick with this is if you get more than ten of the short glasses with coke and beer and line them up balance the amaretto shot on top between the gaps and holding one shot of amaretto nock the others when pouring it in they will fall like dominoes nice little affect to start a night off and a dilicious Dr. pepper too.

Dr. Pepper

half pint lager
half pint cola
shot amaretto

mix the half pint of cola and the half pint of lager then drop in the shot of amaretto.

Dream Cocktail

2 parts Dubonnet
1 part triple sec
1 part grapefruit juice
champagne

Stir Dubonnet, triple sec & grapefruit juice (preferable pink) over ice. Strain into champlagne flutes (about a third of the way up) & top up with champagne.

Fabulous as an apéritif to a summer dinner!!!

Drooling Dooley Dream

6 generous shots Dooleys
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
2 scoops Haagen Daz - Vanilla
splash milk

Allow the ice cream to soften - don't let it completely melt. Load everything except the milk into a blender. Blitz until the ice cream turns into the consistency of a McDonalds milkshake. Add enough milk to allow it to pass through a straw. Serve in a tall chilled glass, topped with whipped cream and toffee sauce.

Dry Bronx

1 part gin
1 part orange juice
1 part dry vermouth

Shake together with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Dry Martini

1 shot gin
dash angostura bitters
dash dry vermouth
1 green olive

Shake together ice, bitters, gin and vermouth. Strain into glass add olive then serve.

Dry Rob Roy

2oz whisky
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth

Mix scotch and vermouth in a mixing glass half filled with ice. Stir then strain into a cocktail glass

Duke of York

1/2 shot curacao
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
2 shots dark rum
soda

Shake all (except soda) together with ice and serve in a whisky glass, top up with soda
